We turn AI tools into business outcomes
72% of companies have bought AI tools — but fewer than one in three get real results. KOI AI exists to close that gap. We’re an AI transformation firm for SMBs and mid-market, and we build AI agents that actually run in production.
Advice, then a handoff
Classic consulting ends where the hard part begins. Recommendations are delivered, a deck is presented, and the work of actually building and operating AI is left to someone else — often stalling before any value is realized.
Agents in production
We’re measured by outcomes, not hours. Agent-first delivery means one consultant plus AI produces the output of three to four — and we ship real agents integrated with your CRM, ERP, and comms, priced against the results they create. We call the model Humans as Interface: agents do the work; a named human is your interface to them — and your guarantee.
The AI transformation journey
A structured five-stage framework — from first audit to ongoing AI leadership — designed for measurable ROI within 3–6 months.
Discovery & Assessment
2 weeksA granular audit of your current-state workflows. We identify 8–12 AI opportunities with ROI estimates, score risk and readiness, and deliver an executive briefing with a prioritized roadmap.
Strategy & Architecture

Pilot & Proof of Value
4–8 weeksWe deploy your first live AI agent into production with rigorous measurement — 60–80% process automation, first results by week 2–3, then a 30-day stability and optimization period.
Scale & Optimize
Months 4–12We expand across 3–5 more use cases while building your internal AI operations capacity — centers of excellence, team training, and vendor optimization as deployment compounds.
